ABSTRACT
The voluntary provision of assistance to individuals in need is known as charity practices. People are frequently inspired and motivated to donate when charity helps them discover the greater purpose of life. By creating an intelligent communication platform, this application seeks to strengthen the bond between charitable trusts and the community. This cutting-edge program ensures effective and transparent interactions between donors and charity trusts by making it easier to donate food, clothing, financial aid, and other necessities. The offerings are instantly accessible to the corresponding charity trusts after the contributors post, enabling them to promptly recognize and react to the resources that are available. By streamlining the donation process, this tool facilitates communication and connection between trusts and contributors. Furthermore, the program gives charitable trusts a way to publicize their special requirements, like calls for donations, certain goods, or volunteer labor. The program incorporates a collection agent service to handle logistical issues, particularly for donors who are unable to deliver items to the trusts in person. Agents can use this service to locate the donor, pick up the goods, and transport them to the specified charity trust. Additionally, the platform has real-time notifications to inform trusts and donors at every stage of the contribution process.
When their belongings are picked up and delivered, donors receive updates, and trusts are informed when the donations are received. In order to facilitate prompt and effective pickups and deliveries, the application additionally incorporates a location tracking system for the collecting agents. This initiative intends to greatly increase the effectiveness and impact of charitable endeavors by utilizing technology to streamline the donation process and improve communication between charitable trusts and the community.
