Abstract -
An information system is a very famous tool in this digital era. In our country we have government bodies which are responsible for maintaining and running cities. It‟s all their responsibilities to address the complaint of citizens. For this government has 2 ways, in first cameras or other surveillance devices have to be installed and second way is that citizens could report their problem to the government. The second way is mostly used because it is cheaper as compared to first one. But it takes paper work and time too because the citizens has to visit the ward office and report problem faced by them which can be solved by government or as due to the emergence of internet and its various capabilities, there has been rise in the number of complaint sites which provides citizens a platform to lodge a complaint online. As mobile application is mostly used by people ,this app will help people to lodge a complaint through it and can attach a picture of things which are causing problem and location will be tracked using GPS(Global Positioning System). The application also provides a user facility to view status of lodge complaint until is resolved , while online system will help officers at government to solve/reject complaint with reasons and monitor the status of complaint. The Aim for creating this Application is to simplify the process of lodging complaint to respective government and make it quick and cheaper. To create a comfortable human habitat, smart cities incorporate many mobile technologies. Offering a waste management system that is efficient, effective, and ecologically beneficial is one of these alternatives. The current waste collection system comprises routine waste trucks making daily or weekly rounds, which not only uses up a tone of resources but also doesn't cover the entire city.Using this software, the administrator can fully monitor and evaluate the system while managing the waste app online. Bins, drivers, and driver work reports are all handled by the admin here. The government can more effectively manage the enormous volumes of rubbish that are collected every day by using the mobile-based system that is proposed in this article. Additionally, it provides the general people with a better remedy for the nuisance of garbage disposal. A driver performs this; an app will offer suggested and guided routes for garbage trucks. After that, the driver will update the status of the task that has been completed. In the waste management structure, app solutions can be the most significant assistants in integrating the suitable and latest technologies for the civilians, companies, authorities, and other stakeholders to meet the objectives of waste prevention, environmental protection, recycling, and more. The application aims to address the growing problem of waste management in today's society. It is designed to provide a convenient and efficient platform for users to manage their waste effectively.
